The file will be comprised of the following fields (ignore spacing this 
isn't seu compliant)

Zip1     5p
zip2     5p
dist     4p

We will have two zipcodes and the road mileage distance between those two 
postal centers.  My key would be zip1 and zip2, the third field (dist) isn't 
required.

Chain to it and display distance.
