Yes, and while moving from option 9 to 4 was blamed on "SAA" in reality it
was one persons decision which was not based on their System/38 experience,
but rather the fact that they only used OFFICE on the S/36 up to that point.
I still type 9 to delete, and have hit "4" instead of "5" to this day. 
This wouldn't have been an issue if AS/400 came out with an "Undo" or
"UnDelete" option. But instead they developed the now infamous "Are you
sure?" confirmation panels.

You mean instead of using the "D" in POP S/36.  {smile}
or pressing cmd/3 instead of cmd/7
