If you prompt commands, the error mesage information is at the bottom of the
help.

eg


   - at command line, type ADDLIBLE
   - F4 to prompt
   - move cursor up to name and description of command and press help
   - Scroll down to the bottom of the help and the error messages for
   ADDLIBLE is shown
