The key is ACTGRP(*NEW).  This basically creates a completely new
environment for each call to the program: new ODPs, new variable spaces,
everything, so that even an RPG program can call itself.  It's almost as if
each activation group is running in its own job.  As you might guess,
though, this can be really expensive.  If you plan on having thousands of
calls, this might not be a good solution.
