RE: Problem with openig IFS files

yep,
seems i used the open() api wrong.

i have to call it with open(%trimr(path): flags: mode)

                 not specifically - my only thought is that perhaps the
initial creation of the file puts a non-displayable character
(a blank or whatever - if thats possible ?) at the end of the name.

Hence you can edit it, but when referring to it by name you cannot
find it.
