Problem with Triggers -- RPG400-L

Could anybody help me with this problem. The trigger program worked fine on our 
test machine but on our production machine (both at V5R3) we are getting the

 Cause . . . . . : La procédure RPG SWX54XNBPG du programme EXPLOIT/SWX54XNBPG  

   a détecté une erreur dans le programme de déclenchement après que            

   l'opération WRITE ait été effectuée sur le fichier FSWXMSG. Le fichier réel  

   est DATA821/FSWXMSG(FSWXMSG).                                                

 Que faire . . . : Pour plus d'informations, consultez l'historique du travail  

   et prenez contact avec le responsable de la maintenance logicielle afin      

   d'identifier la cause de l'incident.
