I'm actually trying to recreate the screenshot of the users entry for a report. If the input fields are blank when they submit, I'm populating them with ________ underscores to fill in the space. The problem is that the underscores are much lower on the line than the rest of the text, thus when the line after prints, the underscores strike thru that line of text, or very close to the top of that text making the report look awful. It looks fine on the spool. Ron Power Programmer Information Services City Of St. John's, NL P.O. I can't seem to figure out why my printout is not working right. I am printing underscores for a simulated screenshot, they look fine on the spooled file, but when printed they overstrike the text below them. Any ideas?
