Job Start and end date/time -- RPG400-L

Hi, 

I am using API QUSRJOBI with format "JOBI0400" to return me the job start and 
end date/time. Also I want to retrieve Job completion status and Job End Reason.

For completed job with status *OUTQ API correctly returns the start time but 
does not return end date/time, completion status or end reason.

Is it bcos some missing PTF?
