I don't want the previous record, but let's just say that, in my example, I
know that the customer's record is greater than 95, but I don't know exactly
which value (it's a timestamp, and I only have the date). By SETLLing to 96,
with the values in this file, will I be positioned to just before the 96
record?

BTW -- If the key wasn't descending, I know how it all works -- I am just
not sure how SETLL is affected by DESCEND.
