If I manually sbmjob a job and walk through it in debug, the libl changes and the program works. When a job is submitted to the jobq by the normal process, the job throws an error that a file can't be found. Which must translate to the libl didn't change. Any thoughts?
We understand that the program works when you submit it manually and fails when you use the normal process. Unfortunately, that's ALL we understand. We don't know how your program works, what the error is, or indeed what "the normal process" is. We simply don't have enough information about your program to tell you what you're doing wrong.
Can you tell us how to reproduce the problem on our own machines?
