RE: SQL Field not Useable

Odd.  I get a different sensation.  There are few basic questions asked here
in my mind. 
 
Of course the explanation is simple, Joe.  As you learn, the same level of
questions appears to become more and more basic.  I, on the other hand,
learn slowly.  So the level of questions asked still seems the same to me.

ah well...  i try.  :)

I do like the for/endfor loop though.

They're not stupid, Brian, just standard newbie fare.
 
There should probably be an RPG-101 and/or an SQL-101 list.  The number
of basic questions seems to be on the rise, especially regarding SQL.
Then again, the iSeries is an obsolete platform and RPG is a dead
language, so why bother?  <g>
