All of the APIs beginning with CEE belong to the ILE category.  If
you're in the alphabetical list, go to the bottom of the page and click
on "APIs by Category" and then drill through to the ILE category.

In your browser there is usually a "Find (on this page)" function (in IE
it's Ctrl+F and is on the Edit menu).  Use the "Find" to search for the
API name.
