Re: PREFIX and display files -- RPG400-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

But if I use LIKEREC, do I get the same transparent access (reading and
writing) to the record fields?
Is then the PREFIX keyword with the dot notation is redundant?
Yes, my dspf has multiple record formats. I don't have the file open right
now, but it had 5 or 6 record formats.
