Try coding PREFIX('SCRN.') on your F spec, and EXTNAME(ALFOFPANT:*ALL)
on your D spec.

You need the dot in the F spec prefix to associate say field MYFLD with
SCRN.MYFLD.  You need to specify *ALL on your EXTNAME for a WORKSTN file
if it has any output-only fields; by default EXTNAME only picks up
input-capable fields.
