Right on Lim.  It IS a case by case basis.  RPGLE & SQLRPGLE both have
their strengths and weaknesses.  By far the biggest weakness both have
are poorly coded/developed applications....

As a side note they BOTH rule <vbg>

hhhmmm.  I've some double with the statement.

I've found that, in most case, RPG rule when it comes to performance.
Especially when a sql statement is creating temp file, doing multiple
join, or union.

But, when it comes to performance, you almost have to look at it case by
case.
