Oh yes, always when I hit the "send" button I realize that I forgot something! The reason I introduced the pointers was that my arrays are not that small as the simple 5 character field I used for the example. The real arrays consists of large datastructures, and I did not want to waste space with 32767 dimensions of them in the procedure. But, maybe I might have been thinking wrong. Does the compiler reserve space for a const parameter?
