Oh, I see a lot of questions like this -- a LOT of them, both on lists and in private e-mail. The the VAST majority of these sorts of questions are from Americans, not Indians.
Lets not turn this into a racial or cultural issue, because it's not. You don't know the answer to a problem until you learn it. Everyone starts out not knowing, and everyone has to learn it somehow.
The outsourcing situation isn't India's fault, and it certainly isn't S.Chand's fault. It's the corporations who care more about saving money than promoting the welfare of citizens of the countries they're based in.
