you can just debug your trigger pgm liek any other pgm.
Then with sql or dfu (upddta) or by pgm add a record and just debug your
pgm, it may be any error, not enough info here.
What are the parameter for your trigger pgm ?
and if they are correct, what is the definition (DS) of these parameter ?

It must be sometinh like :
 *
 * Buffer
............................................................................
........
D Buf_Ds          DS
D  Buf_table                     1A   Dim(32000)
D Buf_len         S             10I 0

C     *entry        plist
C                   parm                    Buf_Ds
C                   parm                    Buf_len
