Strange Display File problem

Good Afternoon,
        I have a very strange problem with a display file I am working on.

The program uses a Panel Group for Help text and when I compile it and then
run it I get the following

  All of the 57xx?? Fields are the Output Text values that Have HLPPNLGRP
defined for them 

Any Ideas for this dumb question
