cgidev2 error

I was attempting to play with the cgidev2 a bit and ran into an error.  When 
I run the cgidev2/crtcgisrc program it creates the source just fine, however 
when I attempt to compile the module with '14' compile option I get the 
following error in the listing:

Parameter BNDDIR not allowed with DFTACTGRP(*YES).

Could someone give me a hint as to what I may be doing wrong or if I need to 
change a sys setting, what to do with that.
