I looked at the PSDS in the RPG IV reference manual.
There is no special name *PROCEDURE.
There is a *PROC special name, but that is the name of the Main Procedure or 
Program Name.
I am looking for a way to get the name of the Sub Procedure that I am executing.
This would be the long name, not a 10 position name.

Have you looked at the Programme Information Data Structrure (System DS)? IIRC 
there is a subfield with the procedure name, it can be defined with the special 
value *PROCEDURE.
