As Scott said anytime you use SFLSIZ>SFLPAG the CSRRRN is used to tell
the OS which SFLPAG to display.  To reposition to the selected record
the OS has to know which SFLPAG to display.  set the CSRRRN field = to
the selected RRN in the SFL & then the OS will say "oh you mean THAT
page!!!"

So the RRN field is set to 1, but you can't figure out why it always 
starts with the first record of the subfile?

By having this variable set to 1, you're telling the system "I want you
to 
start displaying with record 1".  You need to set this value to the
record 
you want to put on the screen before you display it.

If you want the subfile to be at the position where the user left off,
set 
it to the value of CSRRRN.  (But, if CSRRRN is zero, set it to 1 or some

other valid value so that the program doesn't crash)
