IGNDECERR is far more powerful than FIXNBR.  It will cause decimal data
errors in any kind of field to be ignored.  FIXNBR, as I recall, will only
correct those errors associated with zoned fields.  There is a new option
called *INPUTPACKED, but I'm not sure that helps for fields that are
displayed on screens or used on printer files.
