WRKSPL UIM with RPG processing

Esteemed colleagues,

I am working on a project (self-assigned in my down time lol) to create a more 
functional version of WRKSPLF.  Everything appears to be fine in the RPG (as 
far as I can tell..)  But when the list panel is displayed the data is offset 
by one character.
