I have no description of the trigger buffer at release V4R5, but it seems to
me, you translated 4Byte Binary with 4B 0.

That's wrong. 4 Byte Binary means 9B 0 or better 10I 0.

However if you specify it in a data area with from/to position, your have to
define it as 1   4I 0.
