RE: another SQL precompiler issue - mods for recieving fetches

It separates the indicators used by the display file from the indictors used by 
RPG.

You can also use INDDS/INDARA with external printer files. 

So you have:
100 indicators used by RPG (not that you should use them ;-)
100 indicators for each display/printer file.
