Re: SQL null indicators: what am I doing wrong

I lookead at SQL/400(Paul Conte/Mike Cravitz)'s book.
They're using this example

d customerI      ds                      occurs(csAryElem)
d                                                     based(csNullDsAd)
d     csNullAry                 5I 0     dim(CsColCnt)

but their "FETCH" stmt has for :CsRowCnt  ROWS
into :customerR  :customerI

may be that's what made the difference.

Eugen,

I thought I tried that the first time, but got a run time error about
something like "wrong number of fields on fetch", so I changed it to
the way I posted it.

I changed it back like you said, and bang - it works now.

must have been 'user' error. ;)
