Well, it could be attached as a plain text file attachment ... the list
software will allow that.  But you still run into the 40k limit on
message size.

Personally, I like the idea of creating a 'Sandbox' area on the midrange
wiki (http://wiki.midrange.com) that people could post code to ... then
they should just reference the wiki location in their list message.
