This is wrong.  A procedure with the EXPORT keyword can be called from a
procedure within the same module.

this procedure can be called from any other procedure or program.
The caller procedure must not be located in the same module as this
"exported" procedure.

If you do not specify export, the procdure only can be called locally, from
other procedures in the same module, like a subroutine.
