Quick and easy answer:

C                   call      'PGMNAME'

If you are passing parameters:

C                   call      'PGMNAME'                
C                   parm                    parmname1         
C                   parm                    parmname2

And there are MANY variations on this theme, whether it be using
'callp', free-form rpg, etc, etc.  But that should get you started.
