There is another way if you just want the report to appear under the running users list of spool files. Use the SNDNETSPLF command to send it to the user actually running the report. You mention in a later post that you can easily retrieve the user ID. The caveat is that each receiving user will need to be in the system distribution directory IIRC. The original spool entry is not affected. If you have ROBOT for job scheduling I believe there is also a ROBOT command that will copy spool files for you.
