I have a couple of samples at http://www.rpgnext.com/codesamples/
- SFL_TEMP.RPG is a subfile example that uses SQL.
- TAZMAPSRV.RPG is a "RPGBean" sample:  an encapsulating service program
that uses SQL

They all have an element of embedded SQL, especially the last one.

Also, the "RPGBean Creator" is now open source, so you can download it
at http://www.rpgbeans.com and get some examples from there as well.
