Using the MRGSRC command

I am using the MRGSRC command to retrofit source.  I can see the
difference when I do a CMPPFM.  But I can't get the MRGSRC to recognize
the changes. 

Here is the CMPPFM:

Am I doing something wrong?

Why does the CMPPFM find differences, some of which are very
significant, but MRGSRC does not?  

The CMPPFM ends with: CMPPFM ended normally.  No differences found.

And the MRGSRC ends with: Maintenance member SPRCUSSP has no updates to
process.

I am not understanding this.
