QSYGETPH API help

Hi,

4 byte binary must always be defined as 9B 0 or better 10I 0 
(because it is not converted into packed and can hold the complete valid
data range).
Because both parameters are input only, you can add the key word CONST 
to the parameter definition.

Now you can call your program as follows:

D  Password                    10A   const
