I do not think the SFL overlays the Footer, as the programme would crash 
(session or device error: no other record format may use the portion of the 
screen that the SFL will take).

I think showing the code of the DSPF and the appropriate part of the programme 
would do.

For reminders:
the CTL has an OVERLAY, the SFL and footer has not.
In the programme WRITE Footer, EXFMT CTL

Then it should work  accordingly.
