Is there a subroutine type, that can be ran automatically when an RPG
program (returns or *inlr=*on)  similar to the way *inzsr is utilized when a
program starts...


In VARPG, there's *TERMSR, but not in ILE RPG.

There are a variety of alternatives, such as procedures that can be called when the activation group ends, procedures that are called when a call level ends abnormally, etc.

Try searching the archives for *TERMSR, CEE4RAGE, CEERTX, this stuff has been discussed extensively in the past.
