SDS_PROC will have the procedure or programme name. Use another field in the 
DDS and move the value '*' into it at initialization.. 

Thus:

In DDS (in SFL and SFLCTL)
A            MYPGMQ                  SFLPGMQ

in RPG III
C               MOVE '*'                MYPGMQ

in RPG IV
C               Eval    MYPGMQ = '*'
