HR Software Inquiry

Hi,
 
We are in Saudi Arabia and our environment is IBM AS/400 (OS/400). I am
looking for a comprehensive HR application solution for our company. HR
application must support multilingual (English & Arabic) and it must be
flexible to customize as per company and Saudi Govt. rules and regulation. I
will be thankful if you guys can provide me vendor names or their web
addresses.   
 
I spent many hours on the net for searching HR software vendors but couldn't
find software to meet our requirement. I apologies for submitting non-rpg
inquiry but I hope you guys will help me and reply me soon.
