   You need the code to look more like this
   Result = %int(%char( %date(udate):*iso0)))

   %Date requires 1 parm to work. Hope this helps.

 Hmm,
 Wanting to test this code out, I coded this:
      d Result          S              8S 0
       /FREE
        Result = %Int(%Char(%Date():*ISO0));
        Dsply Result;
        *Inlr = *On;
       /END-FREE

 but for some reason, the Dsply flashes to the screen and ends. It doesn't
 wait like it normally does. Any reason for this?

 Re: Converting from %date() to numeric

 I have learned something new today. I didn't know ISO format accepted
 separators.

 Tanks.

 If you're adding 19000000 you can't work with dates before 1900 which is
 more of a problem. Think Property Titles or Birth Dates.
