The problem is that no spool files are created by the QSPCRTSP, QSPPUTSP
API's. I have run a debug and the parms passed to the API's definitely
contain data when passing or returning. I am missing something VERY
elementary and I am afraid I do not know what. Any advice would be
appreciated.

I wrote the programs that you're referring to. They work on my system when I run them.

You say that you don't get any spooled files created? Do you get any errors? The QSPCRTSP API is shipped with the authority set to PUBLIC(*EXCLUDE). Are you sure that you're running it with an account that has sufficient authority?
