You can't set Java breakpoints until the JVM is started.  Try waiting
until the RPG program has made the first call to Java and then set the
breakpoints in your Java class.

Also, it sounds like you might have set the breakpoints in the WDSC
version of your Java class, not the exported version on your iSeries
machine.
