Hmmm, Prefix on the F Spec works fine for me. I just did the following:

A          R PAGEFILER                         
A            PAGE          10                  


And 

FPAGEFILE  iF   E             Disk    Prefix(PT)         
 /Free                                                   
    Read PageFile;                                       
    Dsply PTPage;                                        
    *InLR = *On;                                         
 /End-Free                                               

Program compiles amd runs without any problem.
