Wait, wait, wait.  Scratch that... The example I submitted won't work.
 Each substring clause and each length check clause must be a
sub-query that concatenates each customer's records into one string,
because your database is set up as one record, one feature.

I know it can be done, but I don't have time right now to work on it. 
Just know that it can be done, and if I have time later today, I will
rethink it.
