If you can write Perl and HTML, you can probably pick up Net.Data
pretty quickly.

The advantage to using Net.Data and RPG together, rather than using
CGI, is that you can have an RPG guy write RPG and use a web developer
to write Net.Data to call the RPG programs and develop web
applications.

But either solution will work well for you.
