Some of the bills are in Lbs and others are in %.  So parent 0070205 has one
child (007) and it uses 519 lbs.  Child 007 has three children that add up
to 100%.  Grandchild 1981 (13.5%) has four children that add up to 100%.
Grategrandchild 332131 (2.2%) is a hazardious material.
If we have 4 ea 0070205's in stock, and 365 lbs of 007, and -2472 lbs of
1981, and 17164 lbs of 332131, how many lbs of hazardious materials do we
have?

BTW... ESNDMAIL is not on our AS400 so, I guess, it's not native.
