Change the CA10 on the 4th line of the DDS to CF10 and it will work fine.

I have a program that allows a user to write records to a file called
renotes, three fields - recruiter, notes, and SSN.  The file is keyed on the
SSN number.

Below is the DDS code for the screen and the program code, the problem is,
when the user hits the F10 key to write the record it only rights the
recruiters username and the SSN, it never writes the note field; any help
would be appeciated:
