Add another format with the Function Keys on, but remember to specify the 
OVERLAY keyword.  For example:

     A          R FOOT01                                                        
     A*                                                                         
     A                                      OVERLAY                             
     A                              23  3'F3=Exit  F5=Refresh" 
     A                                      MSGID(UKT 1303 MICSMAPS)            
                        
     A                                      COLOR(BLU)                          

Then in the program write the FOOT01 format before EXFMTing the subfile control 
record.  You should also code the OVERLAY keyword on the subfile control record.
