Calling PGM with PARMS -- RPG400-L

Someone was kind enough the other day to give me some assistance on how to call 
a program and pass it a parameter, however, I neglected to ask how do I capture 
the parm when the second program is started?

IE:
CALL PGM B
     PARM "Boogieman"
