RE: V5R3 Dynamic Array Dump problem

Thanks Bob - but no joy.. 

To clarify - the problem isn't limited to the DUMP operation though (I just
used it in the test harness so that the problem can be recreated easily) -
if the program encounters a hard error (say by introducing a divide by zero
into the test harness) and you dump the program as a reply to the exception
message the problem still occurs..

(PS. I used the (a) extender in the test harness to force a dump when the
DEBUG keyword hasn't been specified on an H-SPEC - but I tried a factor 2 as
well, just in case...)

If you are on V5R3, you may want to try %SUBARR when doing your DUMP.
I am NOT certain if it works with the DUMP instruction, but you never know.
For example:

   dump(%subarr(a:1:nbrElements));

This built-in was provided for just this kind of thing; a dynamic array
where you only want to access a subset of the array for things like SORTA
and XFOOT.
