There was a recent thread on this list talking about pre-compiling source
members and Denis Robitaille kindly allowed his pre-compiler to be posted
for everyone's use.   The save file is available for download from Leif
Guldbrand's site (www.think400.dk) and will allow you to specify the
compiler options you want to use as comments within the source member.
